I am having excessive hair loss?


lately i have been starting to loose a ton of hair when i take a shower, the shower wall will have a pretty big bunch that ill pull out by the end of my shower, then as i brush my hair even after my showers the brush gets full, and this is basically every time…throughout the day ill randomly be pulling hairs of my arms and shirts too, idk what this can be from and it is really worrying me! Pls help if you know what can be causing this….i did just start using WEN hair care products maybe thats whats causing it, idk. I am a young healthy adult so i wouldnt think its anything like that. Pls respond to help, thank you!

You probably stress out alot or don’t get enough of your vitamins or enough water.
Try:

Rubbing olive oil to your scalp all the way dow to the ends. (Make sure you get your scalp!)

Take Vitamins and get plenty of water

Don’t brush your hair too much; use a comb and comb from end to top
